How to Proceed

Scope of Work

Get a Free Estimate

1.     Get us your designs, plans, any photos and stone choices

*  Include all fine details and measurements related to the stone.

*  Paper Drawings are preferred and more accurate.
*  Digital drawings can be sent in as well.       

*  We offer Design and Engineering services as needed.

2.    We do the take-offs detailing the stone and estimated specifications.

3.    We send the Take-Offs to our factories for pricing.

4.     We can then calculate any installation if needed.

5.     Once we know the quantity of stone, we can quote the freight cost. 

6.    Prices include, stone, drafting, delivery, customs, support, etc.

7.     We require a 50% deposit to begin stone production.  

8.    Once contracts are signed and the deposit is received we draft the job. 

9.     We order the blocks, get approval signatures and begin fabrication. 

10.    Final Measurements and Working Drawings take several weeks. 

11.    Stone typically arrives in 8 weeks after signatures on final drawings.

12.    Final Payment is due prior to scheduling the job site delivery.     

(Customers are welcome to come visit their order at our yard before delivery)

1.    Installation will be billed separately than the stone materials.  

2.    Prices and scope of work will be outlined on a contractors invoice.

3.    Required deposit and install time will be scheduled on the contract.  

4.    Final Payment is due upon completion of the work as per contract.
